설연휴동안 운전하시느라 🚘요리하시느라🍢 오랜 시간 동안 한자세로 앉아있으셨을거예요~ 이로 인해 허리와 엉덩이 또는 하체에 불편한 느낌을 가지고 있으실 우리 필라테스벨 회원님들을 위해
허리통증과 하체신경통을 잡을 수 있은 이상근 스트레칭을 가지고 왔습니다!!!!!!💁🏼‍♀️
1️⃣ 두 다리를 세워 앉아주세용.
2️⃣ 한 쪽 다리를 접어 복숭아 뼈가 반대쪽 무릎 위에 올라오도록 해줍니다.
3️⃣ 두 손으로 아래쪽 무릎을 감싸 잡아주세요.
4️⃣ 등을 둥글게 말았다가 호흡을 내쉬며 꼿꼿이 앉아줍니다.
🔸꼿꼿이 앉을 때 올리고 있는 다리의 무릎이 몸에서 멀어지도록 아래를 향해 눌러주세요. 🔸상체를 세우실 때에 올리고 있는 다리의 발목을 당겨주세욧.
오늘 저녁은 꼭 스트레칭하고 편안한 밤 되세요~🧡
