I met Coach Christina 4 years ago in Jiu jitsu. I have always admired her skills in Jiu jitsu and how she is super strong for her small frame. I started my weight training with Christina last year. I had acquired chronic injuries from grappling so I decided that I needed to strengthen my joints in order to avoid injuries.
I really love how each workout is tailored to my needs. Ever since I started training with Christina I feel stronger, more balanced and my mobility has improved significantly. If there is a workout that I have a hard time performing because of my injuries, she will adjust the exercise so that it does not cause any pain but still allows me to get maximum results.
Coach Christina holds me accountable for my overall health. In addition to coaching me in the gym, she makes sure I am eating healthy and getting enough sleep by sending me reminders throughout the week so I can stay on track with my fitness.
I recommend Coach Christina to anyone who wants to take their fitness to another level. Her workout programs work. They are not your everyday boring exercises. They are customized to each individual's needs, goals, and level of fitness. At the same time, the training is challenging and provides positive results.

This is one of those myths that kill people’s happiness on a daily basis. The “no carbs after *insert time*” crap -

You need carbs to be happy man. -

Does avoiding carbs at night make you lose fat? Well, completely avoiding carb sources could drastically reduce your caloric intake, ending up in making you lose bodyfat & weight in the long run through an indirectly induced caloric deficit. You’re basically cutting out a whole 
category of foods, so that’s why you *could* lose bodyfat in the long run. -
Does this mean that carbs make you fat? -
Not at all: it’s the total amount of calories consumed during the day that will dictate whether you’re going to gain or lose bodyfat in the long run, not the timing of the single nutrients. -
Again: if calories are matched, no single macronutrient taken singularly will have an impact on body composition, no matter the time of assumption. Re-read this and stick it in your mind.
Personally I enjoy having my carbs at night because they make me feel full & satisfied. This help positively impacts sleep and mood, necessary to be able to diet. Carbohydrates have lots of benefits themselves, infact they do regulate hormones like Leptin: which regulates energy balance by inhibiting hunger, and Seratonin: a natural chemical released by the brain which also shuts off hunger and makes you feel full and satisfied. -
Especially when dieting, the psychological part is very important in order to continue making progress and adhere to the program. This is why (for me) putting all of the carbs at night is a really good strategy... also because you can make room for social life events (carbs' party). -
Keep in mind that what you read might not work for everyone, as always. It's all up to preference and habits, and what makes you adhere to your own regimen for longer.

One of the things I struggle with is being too nice. I let people tell me things I don’t like to hear. I don’t stand up for myself all the time. I let people think they have power over me, because I rather take the beating than to hurt someone else’s feelings. I have always been that way. I can take a lot from people until I’ve had enough. And if I’m being honest, I have had way more! Than enough. I am not someone you can belittle. I will not see myself through the eyes of people who do not value me. And I will not let people attack my confidence and self esteem. I’ve decided that it was time to build back my strength both mentally and physically. With strength, may my confidence and self esteem bring protection to my energy and focus to my growth. My best is yet to come. •
