ViVaVo Seitenblick:

So nett!

Looking forward to re-reading an old favourite from my childhood, A Little Princess. Sara Crewe is one of my most beloved literary heroines. 💕

Known for his ability to paint commonplace objects in a vivid and eye-catching manner, artist Wayne Thiebaud created the striking illustrations for this counting book.
Littles will want to look at the dreamy, delicious, and delightful drawings, etchings and paintings of familiar scenes and objects such as gumball machines and ice cream cones again and again. 🍦🍭🍧🍬🍰 10 Counting Books That Take an Artistic Approach to Numbers up on the site!

BnB's Book of the Week - "The Phantom Tollbooth" by Norton Juster⠀

"So many things are possible just as long as you don't know they're impossible."⠀

Follow young Milo and Tock on their adventure in the Lands Beyond, a magical place where strange characters congregate while Rhyme and Reason wait to be saved (literally!). Unabashedly brainy, this classic tale is sure to open readers up to the possibilities of their young minds. ⠀

Suitable for ages 8+⠀

I chose the theme of Darkness and Light this month for this exact reason ⬆⬆⬆There are some remarkable books being released which tackle the complexities and difficulties of life ♥ Matt de la Peña is the Newbery Medal-winning author of Last Stop on Market Street 🌂His new book Love has just been released 💛 He believes that children's books should include the darker aspects of life. What do you think about that?

But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. ••••••••••••
Date night with the beyond beautiful @thecopefarmhouse tonight! The verse was written on the sandwich board at the restaurant. Made me stop in my tracks. Maybe it will mean something to y'all too? Have a great night folks. ••••••••••••

Adventures With Barefoot Critters. Written and Illustrated by Teagen White (@tinymothstudios ). Little H adores the board book version of this story and was given the hardcover as a Christmas gift. We love this version as each page takes you through the seasons. There are so many details to discover in White’s muted and intricate watercolor illustrations. We can’t wait for more in this series. A favorite new illustrator of ours ❤️
I enjoyed (still do) letting my imagination run wild. I suppose that's the child at heart in me. Reading has been my fuel to unleash said imagination and here I present 5 of my favorite books from childhood. Although, reading hasn't always come easy for me, I find myself constantly reading and re-reading things in hopes that that particular time the information would stick. Struggles of ADHD. Even through frustration I read. I'm not the fastest reader but I thrive taking thorough notes. It expands the length of my reading but I still push through. I was tagged by my twin, Diana (@authordianatyler) She's so lovely, I encourage you all to check out her page. I'll tag some others to share their favorites too

Q: What are your top 5 favorite children's books? Doesn't have to be in a particular order (mine wasn't) let me know below
