Getting nice and diced 🎲 😬
Hit my first goal of this cut that was 210lbs. I feel like at this point my body won’t just drop weight as easy and completely okay with that. I’m extremely happy with my progress. Will continue to push myself to my limits. •

"Nothing will work unless you do.” —Maya Angelou ❤️Needed this quote today as I was totally unmotivated to get to the gym. My body is so sore that I didn't even feel like moving, but I have goals that I want to accomplish so gym time it is! I did dumbbell bench press (3 sets with 30 lb dumbbells of 10) incline bench press at 75 lbs for 3 sets of 5) decline press at 95 lbs for 3 sets of 5) and finished with burn out push ups normal stance then wide stance and now my arms feel like silly string 😆 I haven't bench pressed with actual weights in years so it felt good!

Finished off today’s workout with a superset of Reverse EZ Bar Curl, followed by push-ups on the EZ bar. Finishing with the EZ Bar Push-Ups after a heavy chest day really puts a load the on chest and tricep, fatiguing the smaller muscle groups after demolishing the pecs with 10 sets of cable chest fly 🏋🏻‍♂️
