Soft rolls still not exactly that soft.. now what did I do wrong.. hmm.. back to the baking board.

I don't make dumplings as often as I wish I could. But when I do, we make it a fun event and use the best ingredients. This batch was made with fillings of fresh cod, dried giant shrimps, dried scallops, and Chinese celery. Yum.
