Students at Amistad High School(Achievement First ), New Haven, CT, enjoyed today's Wok n Bowl promo featuring our #Kale Power Bowls. Our delicious bowls are made with Kale, #Quinoa, Toasted #GarbanzoBeans, Roasted #BokChoy, #Egg, and Roasted Grape #tomatoes topped off with a delicious Lemon #Vinaigrette Dressing!
Great work to our traveling Chef, Rich Sandmann, and Amistad's #Chef Bernard Buba and also the team at Amistad for helping to make this school event possible!

Canelons de Sant Esteve per aquest Nadal!
Ingredients:
Farcit:
Pit de vedella 300gr
Magre de porc 300 gr
Pit de pollastre 300 gr
Papada 150 gr
Tomaquet 250 gr
Ceba 1 kg
Porro 250 gr
Pastanaga 250 gr
Vi ranci 60 ml
Sal i pebre
Plaques de pasta fresca:
Ou 2 unitats
Farina 200 gr
Oli d'oliva 1 raig
Sal 40 g
Beixamel:
Llet 1 litre
Farina 70 gr
Mantega 70 gr
Elaboració:
Tallar la carn i les verdures a daus.
Rostir la carn a daus, retirar i afegir les verdures, afegir de nou la carn i el tomàquet.(si et fa pal pots sofregir tot junt)
Rectificar de sal i pebre.
Passar per la picadora de carn, tornar a colocar a la cassola incorporar una mica de bechamel.
Estirar la pasta i enrotllar amb el farcit.
Napar amb la beichamel
Empolsar amb formatge i gratinar.
Podeu ratllar una tòfona si en teniu.#bonnadal
