Simple Spinach quiche 6 eggs, (split egg yolks - egg whites), 1/2 cup regular heavy cream, 1/2 bag spinach, salt and pepper. Mix the egg yolks with heavy cream add salt and pepper, uses square Teflon pan, spray butter and add the spinach. Add the mix egg yolks and heavy cream plus egg whites.
