First year at uni nearly complete. Proud of my acheivements this year. We stopped by the apartment today. Tomorrow is our official move day! This will be our “Bednook”. 🙃We are repurposing what’s supposed to be the dining space! I’m very excited to get in there and create a home. And to be intown again. No more hwy! ATL traffic is the WORST!!

Shoulder taps is one of my all time favorite exercises for core stability for myself and my clients. In this video I am going over form to help those of you who may be new to this exercise. The top video is correct form and the bottom is not.
1. Keep your back flat. Your hips should not be up high or dropping low.
2. Hips should be still! I always like to tell my clients to think of their hip bones as flashlights. You want the lights to stay beaming straight down and not going off to the side.
3. Hands are placed under the shoulders. Not out in front of you.
4. Keep your mid back flat. Think about opening your chest to help make this happen. Work on this cue if you have the three above down.
