🎁 Every year there is one pressie that is awkward to wrap! Every year!
I've battled with wrapping a bike, a hoola hoop...even a conch shell!
Some might say i enjoy the challenge 😉😂 bahaha

Surely I can't be the only one 😕 .... post a pic or comment with the most awkward thing you've attempted wrapping

When muscles in our body aren’t working together or there’s an imbalance, other muscles will have to overcompensate which could lead to dysfunction pain and injury. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As one muscle contracts the opposing muscle relaxes and lengthens.
A good example is the bicep/triceps. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When doing a bicep curl, the bicep contracts as the tricep relaxes on the way up and on the way down the tricep contracts to take the weight as the bicep relaxes. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When we have tightness or restricted muscles that can’t relax or let go it it can cause pain, injury or restrictions in the opposing or other muscle groups. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When I’m treating a client I’m not just working on the area where the pain is but looking for imbalance or restrictions to bring the body back in balance not just for pain relief but injury prevention. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
