Erfelek Waterfalls I
Canon 5DmkIV, Canon 16-35mm F4 IS, 0.6 ND Soft Grad, CP Polarizer, 1.8 ND
Originally called as Şamı and later on called as Erfelek Tatlıca, those waterfalls were once hidden gems. There are various waterfalls next to each other and you never know what to expect next after visiting one. Now that the area is at least regionally popular and labeled as National Park, one may consider it would be better to preserve these beauties, no? Well the answer might not be as good looking as that magnificent view I had there. Many visitors mean unfortunately more pollution and waste all over the place. Me and my friend @ogencal were tired of collecting waste (including empty cigarette boxes, nylon and plastic bags) which was a bit upsetting. Anyway, the view after all was so special that we have forgotten how many hours spent over there inside the falls. Regarding that image, a 30 secs long exposure emphasized swirling of fallen leaves over the water almost in a surreal way. It was presumably one of the best times to capture that image as late Autumn has shown its miraculous beauty via countless different colors and fallen leaves.
