Sunday Funday workout! I have been adding a cardio regimen before and after my workouts since I’m not eating a consistent meal plan right now but getting there. 💪🏼🔥💪🏼🔥
Treadmill workout before workout:
5min walk
5 min jog
10 minutes alternating every 30 seconds sprint/jog
Treadmill after workout:
10 min alternating every minute 1 min sprint/jog
