Kegging off the Smoked Irish Red and hit that final gravity!!! Our collab with KWs newest brewery in planning, haze 4 dayz, is live at B3 today. Might be the only Juicy NEIPA ever to be made at B3. Heavy oats in the grist, and tonnes of mosaic, ekuanot, and Loral cryo powder. He's new to Instagram so give this guy a follow

🍑🍑Funkytown Pale Ale 🍑🍑
~ 8.2% abv 39.9 IBUs. This baby has a strong nose of peaches with a flavor that follows. It finishes off with a soft funk. Makes you think you’re sitting in a peach grove! Fermented with The Yeast Bay’s Funktown Pale Ale Brett yeast for primary and then finished with The Yeast Bay’s 261 Brett strain. TYB261 is definitely the flavor pusher which is where these awesome notes are coming from! This was my first leap into the world of funkiness. ~
