It’s allllllll about the booty today in the #rebelchallenge and I am having all the feels with my chosen workout 💪🏼 I am loving not only the energy from my #Modsquad but I am loving the variety in workouts! Yesterday Leandro’s tank top time was 🔥 today, Chisel Glutes and Hammer Legs gave me the booty burn I was seeking and I can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings for HIIT!! Do you find joy in fitness? You know what’s cooler than finishing an 80 day fitness program?! WANTING to workout the next day! I tried something I’ve never tried, AND it had my glutes on fire! 🔥 Then I did a little meal to help me stay on track this week. What’s your fav meal prep go to??

Last night was a tough night. I was SO sad! I miss lifting weights. I just do. It's a huge part of who i am. But today was a better day. I enjoy working my legs & butt. Makes me feel strong. I'll be honest. I don't hate what I see in these pictures. I'm choosing to see the good right now. I'm pushing my lower body extra hard & have picked back up with running. But i am determined to beat the odds & be back at the weights in 60 days. Watch me.

Day 70!! I can’t believe I’ve been on this journey for this long already! So many improvements have been made and I’m just ecstatic! The best part of this journey has been the decrease in anxiety and pain from driving. As many of you know about my struggles getting from place to place due to the amount of car accidents I have been in. Am I cured? No. Have I driven on the freeway? No. Driving is becoming, very slowly, more pleasurable again. The other day I drove 15 miles, with stops in between of course, just running errands. Yesterday I drove 12, just Lyla and I, again running errands. Exercising is more than just getting in shape for me. It’s changing my confidence in how I do everything. I know some may find these daily posts as annoying and I’m not sorry because it’s really helped keep me accountable and consistent. Bet you didn’t know that huh? #RockinBody required too much coordination from me. I also missed my run this morning. But tonight I’m gonna do some good ole #BrazilButtLiftCarnivale with @leandrofitness Cause his programs are super cool as well. I’ve done the original #BrazilButtLift and I loved it. This week is mostly for me to test which work outs I feel I can be most dedicated to and keep my attention and will start a program fully next week. Only issue I’m having is I have two jobs and can only work out 5 days a week and all the programs are 6 days. So maybe I’ll have to double up on day 5. We shall see since I’m also incorporating running 3 days a week as well. Gah. Time. Who has it? Not me.
