Now standing here, in the middle of Dubai could made so many dreams come true 🤗 so grateful with all the companies and jobs I’ve been getting through social media. My natural tan is coming along nicely 😂😂😂 a week between pics and I wear SPF 50+ sunscreen and still I colour up, always have.
Not much has changed in my body in the last week, lost a few 100g no cm from my check points but I also missed 2 training sessions and had a bad day with my macros 😬 but I don't mind it's life sometimes it happens, but when it happens I don't cry about it when the results don't roll in! That's the difference when one of my girls says why can't I loose weight and their food diary looks an absolute mess I tell them to look in the mirror that's why they can't loose weight! Harsh but truth is truth it's part of teaching my girls how their body works but to also love, rest and understand their bodies!

The gym and macros have stepped back recently as there is other things which I need to focus on right now, but one thing which I love about training is the ability to focus weather that's at work or studying 🤓
It's incredibly important to weigh out your priorities and decide what you need to focus on more🤗 *writes this post from the sofa*

Chair yoga for injured knees or anckles as promised! 😍
This simple home-friendly chair yoga is beneficial to stretch thighs and sides without placing pressure on your knees. The anckle and knee raises are beneficial to start simple strengthening of your calves and quads to better support the knee. You can also use it as an express yoga practice on a busy day! Because I have an LCL strain, I should stay away from over bending of the knee. If your injury or pain is arising from the back side of the knee, you might need to avoid straightening your leg fully. يفيد هذا التمرين البسيط والمناسب للمنزل في اطالة واسترخاء عضلات الأفخاذ والأرجل وعضلات البطن الجانبيه دون وضع ضغط أو وزن الجسم على الركبه. كما تساعد على تقوية عضلات الفخذ والسمانه لدعم الركبة ومساعدتها على الشفاء. ولأني أعاني من إصابه في الرباط الجانبي للركبه، فأتجنب ثني الركبه، فإن كانت إصابتك في الجزء الخلفي من الركبه، تجنب التمارين التي تجعل الرجل مستقيمه لتجنب التمدد الزائد للعضله. 💜🤗🌈 (تم تسريع هذا الفيديو بهدف النشر، قم بممارسة التمرين بسرعه بطيئة إلى معتدله، وقم بتكرار التمرين ٣ مرات إن أمكن )
