Hier das Ergebnis von gestern 22 Februar 2018 das Ergebnis spricht für sich und das abendliche Bizeps Trizeps Training war der absolute Hammer seit einer Woche gibt es fast keine Stelle in meinem Körper die nicht schmerzt vor Muskelkater aber es fühlt sich auch Irre gut an in jedem Muskel zu spüren dass man fleißig war und alles gegeben hat ich wünsche euch allen einen super Freitag und einen richtig geilen Start in das Wochenende

People always ask me how I got started in my journey and what was my first program after having my youngest. To be honest, my first program was me. I just got up and started to sweat. I am a firm believer in the step count. My initial step into getting back my body and feeling good again was a simple philosophy of GET UP AND MOVE. I tracked my movements for a few days with a free phone app and carried it everywhere I went. Once I figured out my average, I bumped it up 500 steps each week I was 100% successful in my accomplishment. Before long, I saw RESULTS. I saw my body changing, felt my metabolism rising, my energy levels returning, even my milk supply doubling, and my sleep DEFINITELY improved. I've struggled with insomnia for so many, many years until I got really active and now I rarely stay up all night restless. I made simple and easy life changes that compounded over time, and added up to huge results for me. I did the same with my nutrition. I tallied how many servings or cups of vegetables and fruits I was eating and week by week, I upped my intake by one serving until I was able to average past the 5 a day to the now recommended nine a day total of both. Now it's 5 a Day of veggies at least, six preferably. I just made small commitments that were so simple and cheap that anyone can do, and I did them. After a month, I saw great improvement and true changes taking place. After two months I lost a good amount of weight, got my health back into gear, and then finally started a home health and fitness program to amplify my results to the next level. My motivation was solid. My energy was soaring. My metabolism was running. My desire was the highest it'd ever been and I KILLED it! My free app and counts were my accountability partner. My motivation were the goals I programmed into the app to surpass each week. My push to get up when I didn't want to was the disappointment in myself I didn't make the last 2,000 steps because I was a little tired or lazy. I didn't strive for 6/7. I strived for full commitment and being proud I not only did it but promoted myself each week to a higher standard. I was able to almost hit 40,000 steps a day! Contued below...
