6 week challenge update. I can definitely see change got 6 weeks to go hope to drop another 15and dial it in. WL 15lbs, BFM down 8.1%, %BF 28.5. Hey howdy hi 🤗
Getting back in the groove and the best way to get back is with deadlifts. Because I'm crazy but I looooove them. It has been a hot minute but these felt damn easy and smooth at 205. Still flabbergasted that I've done as heavy as 320 💪🏻
I finished the 4weeks 2 shred program the other week but had to make adjustments because 1.) wow. Yep hate the cut life no need to do something I hate and 2.) didn't fit my life as well as I thought it would so I tweaked it around so I could fit it in.
I made a vow after yesterday's revelation to never go on a cut again. My bod is fine, I look great and I'm actually quite healthy according to my doc. Sooo why pressure myself 🤷🏼‍♀️ happy Saturday #fitfam !

I dont have words to describe how i feel right now,thinking back day one i was a negative person an always doubting myself an not believer that I can do it. You ever have those days you just DON’T wanna go to the gym...?? 😩 I mean don’t get me wrong, I love training. Probably more than I should 🤷‍♂️ but I still experience those days sometimes. Those days I just wanna sit at home and bulk-eat myself into a food coma 🍔🌮🌯🍕🥨🥓🥞. Not to be cliche or repeat something you’ve heard over and over again across social media platforms EVERYWHERE⁉️... but man. Picking up a barbell loaded with plates straight off the ground makes me feel some type of way 😎😂. Maybe it’s the endorphins? Maybe it’s the stress release?? Maybe it’s just got dang use of raw power 🦅🏋️‍♂️😂. Idk, but one things for sure: you fall in love with this process, and you’ll build muscle faster than you can imagine bc time doesn’t matter! If you have the ability to lift weights, that’s a blessing 🙏. Get in there and lift the ma’ fukkin’ iron! Let’s get juicy 💪 (or toned, whatever tf you tryin to do) 👀🤙
