Sometimes you just can't finish your workout - and there's no shame in that.✌🏼️
I made it 19 minutes in before I had to call it. Chest was getting tight, coughing started back up, and I felt weak - despite feeling a little better earlier today. 🙄
I probably shouldn't have even attempted my workout and just rested, but apparently I'm stubborn..

I wanted Costa Vida tonight, but the hubby didn’t😕. So I made this instead. It was easy, yummy and is on my nutrition plan. Tracking portions has made all the difference for me! Depending on your activity level and your goals is an indicator of how much you should eat. I eat quite a bit( but the right foods). .
I’m super excited to be doing something new and a little nervous too..... I’ll be getting certified in nutrition. Doing it online, hopefully within 6 months. Mostly nervous for the studying part/ finding time. But so Excited to learn. .
When I’m done I’ll be able to offer 1 on 1 support for nutrition. Helping you to know how much to eat, what kinds of foods. And be able to sit down to make a customized meal plan with foods that you like each week! And tracking progress week to week! .
So hold tight while I finish my certification❤️ and wish me luck✌️. .

After a full day of swimming 🏊‍♀️ and playing in the arcade the kids are finally settled down and watching a movie! 🎥 •

As a parent I’m not sure if weekends like this are more enjoyable or stressful. I mean, love the people we are with but the days are exhausting and everyone gets pushed to their limits... Lets just say momma needed a drink tonight haha 🤣 🍻

Guys, I don’t like living by a meal plan or counting calories. I live an 80/20 lifestyle, if momma needs a cocktail 🍸 momma gets a cocktail 😜 •

I got a message today from someone with an attached article about some new "amazing fat loss pill"....saying they thought I'd appreciate it. .

I'm not sure why, because honestly that is the exact OPPOSITE🙅‍♀️ of what I believe in. But just in case, I thought I'd take this opportunity to clear up any confusion over what I love, what I do as a coach, or how I've lost 45 lbs twice, and maintained it. .

I gained 45 lbs with my first pregnancy, and that weight did NOT fall off magically after baby was born. But I DID lose it with hard work, dense nutrition, consistency and self love.....

I then gained another 50 lbs with my second pregnancy, and even more so the weight wanted to cling to my body, but again I lost it with the exact same lifestyle I had already established. .
. ✖️I don't believe or condone quick fixes and fad diets.
✖️I don't want anything to do with pills or wraps or anything that makes me cringe thinking about what it will do to my body in the long run.
✖️I don't want to go on some BS diet that as soon as I stop, I'll puff up like a tick and gain the weight all back.
. ➕I DO believe in hard work. ➕Consistency.
➕Amazing nutrition.
➕Overall wellness.
➕Self love.
➕And a healthy lifestyle that brings MORE freedom & joy.

I’ve never been big on commitments (outside of relationships, obvi 😘) so the fact that I’ve stayed committed to this eighty day program is BLOWING MY MIND! 🤯 It breaks my heart 💔 to think of how little I believed in myself before this. I’d hear other people talking about doing it and I kept thinking, “there’s no way I’d be able to do it!” but, look at me over here crushing it! 🤜🏼🤛🏼 Day 32 is in the books. 📚

My advice to you: quiet those limiting beliefs. You are capable than so much more you could ever imagine! ✨

Yes you can drink Diet Pop and still lose weight. Still be a successful endurance athlete. Still be in Ketosis. In fact I recommend it if your the mom to the toddler duo #bonnieandclyde like I am. A wife, an athlete, a person. (Yes I still drink water 🙄... and lots of ☕️ 😘)

People who are successful are not only willing to get uncomfortable .... they know they have to make a habit of it if they want to stay successful.

We all have setbacks and obstacles to overcome on our journey - but the ones who are successful keep moving through each new challenge instead of accepting and settling.

If you aren't willing to get out of your comfort zone and get uncomfortable you are going to stay right where you are.

Keeping showing up and getting out of your comfort zone and you will see changes start to happen!!

Does anyone else have this ridiculous cold going through their house?? 😷

I swear Chad, James and Anna have been passing it back and forth for over a month. As soon as I think it’s gone another one starts with the fever 🤒 and cough.

Moms, this is why it is so important to take care of yourself!!! Your family needs you to be healthy!! What you eat will either make your healthier or make you sicker.

I made a decision years ago that I was done with being sick, tired and run down.

I committed to taking care of myself by sweating daily and fueling my body with foods that made me feel good!! I don’t think it is a coincidence that my whole family can be passing a cold around and it keeps skipping me. In fact, I haven’t been sick in years!! Taking care of yourself is not selfish. It is essential so that you can be there for everyone else in your life.

Good things come to those who sweat!! Cover yourself in it daily!!
Well hello there Friday!! It’s Flex Friday 💪🏼 in my group and I am loving seeing all happy faces showing off their hard work.

I’m going to get real for a second and talk about the comparison game.

When I started in the test group I was in a group of 100 coaches. We were selected to test out this program and we were 💯% ALL IN!! As coaches we were used to working out and eating clean. And as we shared our weekly progress I saw so many start to doubt themselves as they compared themselves to others.

I was one of them!! I was getting incredible results and yet I still compared myself to everyone else.
The truth is, we are all different. We all have different body types, different DNA, different metabolisms, different things going on in our life’s.
No one should compare themselves to anyone else.

Comparison is truly the thief of joy.
All that time you spend comparing yourself to someone else you diminish your own success. You literally suck the joy out of all your hard work and progress that you should be proud of and celebrating!! Focus on your own journey and your own progress.

Celebrate all your wins along the way!
I am proud of where I am and what I have achieved.

MOTIVATION comes from looking at the things you want and realizing what it takes to get there and going for it!! I looked in the mirror this morning after a week killer workouts and said to myself how tired I was!! This week has seriously kicked my butt and I am feeling it everywhere!! But then I looked in the mirror again and told myself how strong I want to be. How much this is improving my strength. How it’s making me healthier. How it’s changing my body inside and out!

I gave myself a gut check. If I am asking everyone in my group to push through their excuses and show up than I better get up and give it all I have got for the next 38 minutes!! I may not love cardio but I’m going to give it my all!!! Because nothing feels as good as knowing you gave it all you’ve got!!! If you are struggling today, know that I believe in you! You can do hard things!!! You are strong enough to rock any workout you do!!

******LAST CALL FOR FEBRUARY******* My group is absolutely rocking it!! They are 32 days in and seeing amazing changes inside and out!!! I can’t wait to help my next group get started!!! My first time through I could not believe the changes I saw and felt!!! 👉🏼 First Pic = Day 1 feeling nervous but excited to try something new 👉🏼 Second Pic = End of Phase 1 seeing some changes 👉🏼 Third Pic = End of Phase 2 seeing more definition 👉🏼 Forth Pic = End of Phase 3 in shock that this is MY BODY!!!! To say I was happy with my results after 12 weeks would be an understatement!! I was ECSTATIC!! This is the BEST my body has ever looked!!! The changes you see are on the outside are nothing compared to the changes I feel inside!! 👉🏼 I am stronger than ever! 👉🏼 I am leaner than ever!! 👉🏼 I am eating more than ever!!! And I am eating properly!!! Not just eating because I’m bored or tired or because it’s time to. I am fueling my body with what it needs every single day!! 🍏🍓🍳🥑🍅 It doesn’t take a lot to begin to see change. Each picture is only 28 days apart. 💪🏻 Results add up quickly!! 👍🏼 The little choices you make each day matter!! ⏱ It won’t happen over night, but it WILL happen if you keep showing up!! 👉🏼 Don’t ever let someone tell you you can’t. ✌🏼Change isn’t impossible!!! 🙏🏻 It just takes Commitment. 🙏🏻 Hard work. 🙏🏻 Determination.

It's that time again friends...progress time!
Day 1 vs Day 30. And look at my hubby and my friend from my accountability group who are killin it!! Both have lost 13+ pounds in less than a month! I may not have lost very much, but I do see SO many changes and I feel the strongest that I ever have!💪
Plus my clothes are looser, which is the best feeling in the world. 😉
