This is just so exciting! I don't know what I'm most excited about..being only 18 pounds away from my (probable) goal, having less than half a pound before hitting 70 pounds gone, or reaching a weight I haven't seen since I was pregnant with my 28 year old daughter! I love BLE!

I tried a new dinner tonight!! Mini bell peppers with a refried beans and cheese dip! You guys - I ate raw bell peppers tonight for the first time in my life. And I LIKED them!!! So tasty with the “dip.” •

V: 8 oz peppers + 2 oz delicata squash with pumpkin pie spice (not pictured). P: 3 oz refried beans. Fa: 1 oz shredded cheese. YUM!!! •

Alright desperation meal over. It was actually decent. The cabbage slaw on the side could use some perfecting because it had an aftertaste I wasn’t fond of but I’m going to tweak it and try again. I’ll share the “recipe”

Today's Bright line meals. Breakfast: string cheese, cream of wheat, pecans, bananas with cinnamon, vanilla, and mapeline flavoring. Lunch: Hot ham and cheese, grapes and veggies. Dinner: Chicken Salad, pecan salad and veggies. Today was a hard day for snitching while cooking. I know I have not been drinking enough water, but I need to figure out why that is so difficult and what else I can do. How do you avoid snitching food while cooking? #BLE #brightlineeating
