Guys the worst possible thing happened this weekend....my soup didn’t have enough dumplings 😱😱 thankfully I had just enough flour to make my favorite cheesy biscuits.
In a bowl combine 2 cups flour with one cup of milk and at least one cup of cheese (a little extra won’t kill you). Mix in a tablespoon of baking powder and a tablespoon of garlic salt and 3/4 of a stick of melted butter. From there get creative, oregano, thyme, fennel seed, rosemary etc. whatever your heart desires. I like using oregano personally. Combine until you have a nice dough ball. Round off into biscuits and bake in the oven at 425 for 10-15 mins until your biscuits are golden. Hope you enjoy, clearly my friends can’t keep their hands off them 😉
