My #daddy is attempting to teach #zoejoyespigh some tricks. She goes absolutely wild when he comes over and knows exactly in which pocket he keeps her treats. #teachadognewtricks #dogsofinstagram #havachon #havanese #bischon #ilovemydog

Do you have goals for yourself this 2018?? I just went live and talked about being sure your goals are realistic, yet a little out of your comfort zone. Here are a few more tips for setting goals for success this new year!
1.) Set a specific goal. Don't just say "I want to lose weight." How are you going to do it? Why do you want to do it?
2.) Make your goals measurable. Track your progress before starting. Whether that is how many push-ups you can do, how many vegetables you eat in a day, what the silly scale says, how far you can run, or what size pants you wear. Get some numbers behind it so you can objectively track data.
3.) Be accountable. Find a partner, or an accountability group, or if nothing else, get a journal or app to track your behaviors. If you need help finding an accountability partner or group, let's chat, I would love to be your accountability buddy!
4.) Set a realistic goal. If you are just starting, don't set a goal to run a marathon and eat kale and quinoa for every meal. Set attainable goals that are just a little outside of your comfort zone.
5.) Set a timeframe. Put a date to this goal. Otherwise, it will just become "someday." Be realistic with the time frame. It is not realistic to think you will lose 50 pounds in three weeks. But don't play it safe either, five pounds in 6 months might be a little too safe.
Determine your why and stay dedicated to achieving that! Take it one day at a time and celebrate the little victories! 💜
Šetamo do jedne, druge raskrsnice i dođemo do kaldrme.

The doggo’s in town 🐾 Update: Our family has decided to officially adopt the dog 🐶 He’s been well-behaved and hasn’t caused any major mess. We walk him about three times a day and feed him twice a day. I’ve spent over $120 on his food & supplies 💵 and he will be going to pet care center for examination soon 🏩 My parents have fallen in love with this dog and it’s been bringing the family together. I get excited going home to see him 💕 Follow @charleyypoo to get the inside scoop🍦 on this doggo and all the (cute) pet supplies🎀 I use! Thank you to all dog owner friends for giving me advice and tips to care for this cutie🙆🏻‍♀️
