Baked Cabbage Steaks
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Wash, remove outer leaves, and trim off stem.
3. Cut 1 to 1 1\2 inch steaks.
4. Brush both sides with organic olive.
5. Sprinkle garlic powder and pepper on both sides.
6. Bake 30-40 minutes; 40 minutes for brown edges. 😋 Delicious & Calorie Friendly 😋

🍞 Blueberry Banana Bread with Oat Crumble
🔪 12 Servings
Ingredients for the Topping
⚖️ 1\4 cup organic unbleached White All-Purpose Flour
⚖️ 1\4 cup organic Regular Rolled Oats
🥜 1\4 cup finely chopped Raw Walnuts
👌 pinch ground Cinnamon
👌 pinch of fine Sea Salt
🍇 1-1\2Tbsp Grapeseed Oil
🥞 1Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

🍞 For the BREAD
⚖️ 1-1\4 cups organic unbleached White All-Purpose Flour
⚖️ 3\4 cup organic Ivory Wheat Flour
⚖️ 1-1\2 tsp ground Cinnamon
⚖️ 3\4 tsp Baking Soda
⚖️ 1\2 tsp Fine Sea Salt
🍌 1 cup well mashed Bananas - from about 3 very ripe bananas
🐣 2 large Eggs
⚖️ 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
🍇 1\4 cup Grapeseed Oil
🥛 1\4 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
🥞 1\2 cup Pure Maple Syrup + 2 Tbsp
⚖️v1-1\4 cups Fresh Blueberries - tossed with 1tsp Flour

Instructions
For the Topping
1. Add the flour, oats, walnuts, cinnamon and salt to a small bowl and toss to combine. Pour in the oil and maple syrup and mix until evenly moistened. Set aside.

🍞 For the BREAD
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x5" loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
2. In large bowl, whisk together both kinds of flour, cinnamon, baking soda and sea salt. In medium bowl, whisk together banana, eggs, vanilla, oil, milk and maple syrup until well combined.
3. Add wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently fold in blueberries, then transfer batter to prepared pan. Spread evenly with spatula. Use fingers to crumble topping over the top.
4. Bake 60-70 minutes or until tester is clean. If top begins getting too brown, tent loosely with aluminum foil.
5. Let cool at least 15-20 minutes before slicing! Bread keeps 2-3 days at room temperature.
