😁🍐As a fruit-lover and a color-lover, this is an artform that’s currently alluring me. These smoothies by @artrawpaulina are a colorful example of why:
Mango, banana, kale and spirulina smoothie with blue chia pudding (made with @unicornsuperfoods blue spirulina which makes the most beautiful blue colour 💙💙💙) .

The weekend is finally here, I received some good news and am definitely in a good mood. Aaand since I know how much you all love those Instagram quick recipes here's one! 👇
💟VANILLA CHIA PUDDING with BLUEBERRY COMPOTE
(1👤)
🥛Ingredients
1/2 cup almond milk.
2 tbsp chia seeds.
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder (sweetened with stevia).
• For the blueberry compote:
1 cup frozen blueberries.
2 tbsp approx. coconut syrup.
•Toppings:
Fresh or frozen berries.
Crumbled cookies.
📝Directions
Mix the milk with the vanilla protein powder and chia seeds, stir well and let sit while you prepare the blueberry compote.
For the compote: in a medium saucepan cook the blueberries mixed with the syrup and when they begin to thaw mash them with a fork to release all the juice. Stir and keep cooking until thickened; adjust sweetness to your taste.
Pour the desired amount of compote in your jar and fill with the chia pudding.
Top with whatever you want and enjoy! 💖👩🏻‍🍳💖

I found these frozen Gold Rush brand ready for the oven potatoes at Goodness Me! Natural Food Market that are SOS FREE! In fact the only ingredient is potatoes, so you can season them as you see fit! The hashbrowns look great! For those who don’t know, SOS Free means food that is free of salt, oil and sugar.

1/2 honeydew melon
2/3 cup vanilla yogurt (non dairy works too)
2/3 cup granola
1/3 cup blueberries

Is there such a thing as taco Friday? 😋

These guys are filled with guacamole, curried tofu scramble, kidney beans, avocado, tomato sauce and fresh parsley 🌱 I made the tortillas myself with chickpea flour.

I hope you're all having a great day ☀️ I spent mine looking at hundreds of WordPress themes for my blog (I think I've found the one!), trying to find a domain name that I like and writing down some recipes 😋 I feel like there is so much things to do and to think about when you want to start a blog, it's a bit overwhelming — but exciting 😀

Anybody else glad that it's finally Friday! I've been such a busy bee this week and trying to get back into my New Years resolutions, anyone else still sticking to theirs?!? ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Just a little Flash Back Friday of my Nutella Cheesecake! .

Recipe
Base:
1 cups walnuts
2/3 cup hazelnuts (soaked in warm water for 2hr)
12 Medjool dates (I used @traderjoes) (soak in warm water for 20mins)

Blend nuts to almost a butter. Blend in dates until well combined. Add Cacoa (I used @sunfoods)

Buttercream topping:
1/2 cup Cocao butter
1 cup powdered sugar
Zest and juice of 1 orange

Mix together juice, butter, and sugar. Place on top of chocolate base and refrigerate. .

5 white mushrooms
1 can organic tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
2 tbs oregano
1 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp thyme
Salt and Pepper to taste
Blitz mushrooms and tomato in a food processor. Heat pan and line with olive oil. Place all ingredients in heated pan and cool until desire temperature. .
