Burpees on Burpees on Burpees.... As far as i know everybody hates this exercise, but this is probably the best one out of any that you do... No other body weight exercise hits as many muscles groups in one motion like the Burpee does... Anyhoo heres some variations of Burpees that i done today... 💪🏾🏋🏾‍♂️💪🏾🏋🏾‍♂️💪🏾🏋🏾‍♂️💪🏾🏋🏾‍♂️💪🏾🏋🏾‍♂️💪🏾🏋🏾‍♂️

We don't celebrate Halloween in the western way, nor do we call it as such - instead we dress up in the end of February with intention to chase away The Terrible Winter ❄️! But either way HAPPY 🎃 HALLOWEEN to you who are going all out tonight !
I actually wanted to share with you about #REBOUNDING (scroll through the pics!) - a tool and practice that will serve you a lifetime !

It really is the best exercise to support the body in releasing the waste aka successfully detox/ cleanse itself. The main role in our detoxification process is played by our SEWAGE aka LYMPHATIC SYSTEM.
The LYMPH (lipid fluid) is much thicker than the blood, therefor it flows much slower in comparison to the blood. Another reason is that it doesn't have a PUMP! The pump for the blood is our HEART! ❤️ .

Rebounding, in my opinion, is the only INTERNAL ORGAN EXERCISE you can do. To start with, you could simply get a YOGA BALL, if you can't afford a proper rebounder. Next time I buy one it will most probably be the BELLICON @bellicon_de one (not paid to say that btw). Look it up guys ! .

That said, you are probably asking yourself, how do you rebound on a yoga ball ???🤔
Make sure you buy a big enough ball for your height - in the sitting position, 90 degree angle, with you feet flat on the floor, you start bouncing on it. It will change your life! I still rebound on my yoga ball and I can easily travel with it, simply by releasing the air! ✨If practiced daily, esp 1st thing in the am, combined with either stretches, yoga, weights or/ and any movement like walking or dancing, it tightens, tones and leans you out. ✨It also helps to rebuild ones bone density due to the up and down motion (the g force that gets applied to every cell of your body). What's not to love about rebounding ☺️benefits are endless!
