ولأنك تظهر صلب امامهم،تتغاضى عن كلماتهم الموجعة وتبتسم في مواقف تستدرجكك للبكاء،تحاول ان ترضي الجميع وتلتمس لغيابهم عذر وراء عذر،تتشبت بهم رغم إيمانك ان وجودك بالنسبة لهم مجرد حالة من الاحتياج،لأنك تهتم ولا تطلب المقابل ولأنك تقف بجانبهم ولم تطلب مساعدة احد منهم،ظنوا إنك لا تشعر ولا تبالي،إتهموك بالتبلد والسطحية،حتي انك لو صرخت امامهم من الالم سيضحك الجميع ولن يصدقوا انك حقآ تتألم مثلهم او ربما أكثر بمراحل.

What's up guys ? Today I will discuss about the ideal time to spend in gym .Most of people think that more you workout in gym then more results will be .
However, the ideal time should be between 45 to 60 minutes to prevent overtraining .

Reason -when you train too much your body enters into Catabolic state and release too much of stress harmone .This destructive catabolic state occurs primarily due to the hormone cortisol. This steroidal hormone is naturally released by the adrenal gland during states of high physical and mental stress. While it is a completely normal function of the body, excess cortisol release can have a drastic negative impact on the body. It can lead to the weakening of joints and osteoporosis as well as fat increase in the abdominal region. Cortisol primarily harms the body in three ways:
