Digestion Boosters: Cooked celery and alfalfa sprouts on beds of Feel Better Crackers. Both celery + alfalfa sprouts are great sources of organic sodium. Digestion requires an ample supply of organic sodium, which balances stomach acidity. Without enough sodium for digestion, the body can start pulling sodium from other areas, which can cause a number of complications, led by fatigue + muscle and joint ache.
