This is what happens when you are hit with gastroenteritis, run down and probably stress has played a part as well!!!! Now weighing below 12st!!!! In the first time in years, (after a losing a stone this week through illness) I’ve lost energy, I’ve lost muscle, I just feel empty, weak, and pathetic!! Time to start to focus on my health a lot more, trying not let things get to me, or taking to much on anymore. I’ve had another wake up call this week, and trust me no one is worth your health! Look after your health, (he says) I am angry with myself for letting my health go out of control!!! . .

Psychology tip for the day.💕 Do you know that our brain is like a room, our very own sacred space where we can go and regroup our thoughts and get some time to realign with our values away from todays fast paced lives and external pressures. 💫

The more you have in your room, the less space you have to think, grow as a person, move around and 'let go' to have fun. 🤪

So instead of filling our sacred rooms with junk, empty out the things that are taking up space in your mind and pop them down on paper. Whether this is things you have to do, emotions that your bottling up and going over or new and exciting ideas that are taking up all your energy, put them down on paper. You will free up some space to be in the 'present', focus on one thing at a time making your days more effective and productive. 💪🏾 Go have that car boot! Sweet potatoes and okra for sides. #Dinner in cooking. Mix of fiber and carbs. Roasted veggies with brush of avocado oil, paparika, cumin powder and tava masala. #nofilter Delicious can be this simple and what if the veggies are in season and nutrient dense as well? Sweet potatoes are carbs rich in vitamin A , B6 , fiber and potassium. Okra is rich in vitamin C and magnesium. Beat the stress with all these nutrients and relax with fiber rich yumminess.

DIY: opt for the route that gets your arm swinging. I have long had a convoluted, often averse relationship with fitness, born from not feeling good at it, feeling like a slow athlete compared to others, etc. (if there's something busy 🐝s can't stand it's feeling slow at something). Recently, however, I've been patching up that relationship with the knowledge that aerobic activity is absolutely superb for mental health, cognitive clarity, and general anxiety.
