Had a heavy weekend of drinking and came down with a shocking case of tonsillitis, dizzy spells and feverish sweats yesterday. It’s amazing what a good sweat sesh and 12 hours of sleep can do for your body and your soul 👌🏼💪🏼

I used to do this all the time. Even keep my eyes half shut to lose any ‘tired’. Especially when pregnant and getting up 3 times during the night!!! Now days I have to keep my eyes wide open so I can take care of my little human so no more rushing for me 😂... happy Monday peeps xxx .

I have received quite a few messages with questions regarding my meals and training over the last twelve weeks and I thought it might be easier to answer all questions in one go here –
Firstly, this is not my first time completing BBG by @kayla_itsines , I have done it before so I know what works for my body. Everyone is different and I am not a personal trainer or dietician. This is just what works for me!🦋 I trained 6 days a week using the BBG app – when I say BBG I am referring to the original Bikini Body Guides not BBG stronger. I do resistance training on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings as well as light cardio in the evenings. On Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday I’d do cardio for 25 minutes daily – I have never enjoyed walking as I get very bored easily. So I jumped straight into HITT (running) from week 1, however Kayla recommends doing LISS (walking) for the first few weeks. 🏃🏻‍♀️💪🏼 My typical day on a plate looks a little something like this – for brekkie at 9 am I have a yoghurt and a large banana with a little bit of honey, at 11 am I’ll have an apple, at 1 pm I have gluten free toast with a little bit of butter and tuna, at 3 pm I have nuts and at 7 pm I have a whole lot of veggies and a slice of feta with either lamb, salmon or chicken as a protein. Doin' my best to try to come out of my shell and not be scared to meet new people in the fitness world here in Dallas. Trying to BE BOLD! Thanks to @gingermarieblog for inviting along with her for events and this impromptu photoshoot! I'm working through my shyness and trying to fulfill one of my New Years resolutions to be #fearless. Good morning BBG’ers!!! It’s week 6! At the end of this week we’re halfway - whaaaat?! This morning I went off the meal plan 🙊 and this was my version of treat yo’ self....half a banana on fruit toast with peanut butter annnnd a latte. I think it’s okay to go off the plan sometimes, especially if you really just don’t feel like eating whatever it is that meal, as long as you’re still smart about it. I.e. Don’t switch out Greek yoghurt and blueberries for a McDonald’s sausage McMuffin 😝 #happyweek6 #sweat12wc #healthybreakfast

These are a few of my favorite things❤️🍪🐴 Followed up a great riding lesson (jumps involved😁) with some kombucha (Bing does a great apple kombucha👍🏼) and some easy chocolate chip cookies (recipe shared by my friend @vegabilities 😘). Had a blast at my first #AllStarWeekend! Spent my weekend with incredibly inspiring @adidaswomen coming from so many different walks of life. 🙌🏽 Feeling super re-energized 🔋, and ready to get back into some serious work. 💪🏽 Highlight of my weekend? For a long time I thought that beauty was standardized. That to be beautiful it was having slender legs and a six pack. The thing is that beauty flows from internal things.
