I first fell in love with fitness over a decade ago through running. While I don’t run as often anymore, I just logged 6 miles and feel incredible! 🏃🏼‍♀️🙌🏻💦 It got me thinking about how THIS incredible feeling is what I want others to experience regardless of their age or where they live or what fitness level they’re at, whether it be through cardio, weights, dance, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, maternity workouts, partner workouts, high intensity, low intensity, you name it. 💪🏻 That’s what I get to do as an online health & fitness coach and for that, I am so grateful! 💕 #coachlife

Doing beginners week 1 again this week as last week I missed legs day and I couldn’t stand the idea of moving on to week 2 if I hadn’t really completed week 1. Have literally just finished my foam rolling after completing #bbglegs and I’m so tired. I struggled so badly. It actually took a lot not to let it get me down. I just can’t believe how much my fitness has dropped in the last 10 months since stopping #bbg I’m going to try not to let it get me down tho. I’m sure I’ll be back to my fit and healthy self in next to no time. There’s just going to be a bit of pain involved lol. #bbgbeginnerweek1

I’ve found myself turning to the exercise ball a lot recently. It gives the instability like the bosu and there are so many different kinds of exercises you can do! 🙌🏻 I’m going to make an effort to post weekly workout videos for you all, so enjoy this quick ab burner workout! 👇🏻👇🏻 • 10 Commando to push ups • 30 Seconds plank • 10 Plank kick backs on each side • 10 Crunch to pikes • 10 Mountain climbers on each side

BBG WEEK 2 has officially started & I completed Full Body today 💪🏼 Now let me tell you there were multiple times during the workout where I didn't think I could do it and I wanted to give up! But then I thought about my GOALS & what was more important! MY GOALS OF COURSE!!
