Jumping into this new week with great expectations! 🙌 I haven’t been able to @soulcycle / workout as much as I used to, and I’ve noticed my endurance has dwindled. I used to get sad over these things, but I’ve learned to only compare myself to..myself! Any and EVERY workout is progress :) #mondaymotivation

I hope you all had a lovely weekend, I certainly did as I got the chance to finally do things I’ve been putting off, indulged in sashimi (week’s never complete w/o it!), spent some time with friends and caught up with some amazing girls at the @unitytribeyvr x @odditykombucha event last Saturday ☺️ Also still can’t believe Halloween’s right around the corner and time’s flying by so fast! 🎃 I haven’t done anything Halloween related so that’ll definitely have to be part of this weekend’s agenda! Everyone’s also been absolutely slaaaaaying their pumpkin patch photos and I’m dying to go 😍🙏🏻
This weekend was kinda bad when it came to my food. I may have packed things but I was never around for it. I was helping my boyfriends family move. So now I can focus all week on my nutrition. Starting with bulletproof coffee. I still don't like coffee so I might need to add stevia going forward. Happy Monday!

Good morning everyone!! And happy Monday! How do you start your day? What's your favorite Morning activity? I seem to thrive when I give myself 30-45 minutes to just move and work my body in the morning. Do I always feel motivated to get up and take care of myself? I wish, but no I do not. In fact, last week I majorly struggled to feel motivated to even roll out of bed, and it stank! Every day I woke up feeling the pressure of, well, everything! Work, food, social activities, moving..I let it get the best of me. Everything felt overwhelming. Unfortunately, when I'm in that place really only I can pull myself back out. Of course, getting those positive thoughts flowing takes practice and consistent work, but it's a habit that pays off. Bouncing back from a low time is rough, but you have the strength! Fall down, get back up right!? Hey, I'm still working at it! The low times are decreasing, and the happy times lengthening! Anyways, need to amp up your own morning? Try it out, mix things up! Get up early enough to mentally prepare and get hyped for the day. And if you're like me get moving! It doesn't have to be an all out sweaty crazy workout, just give yourself time to be present in your body, acknowledge all that it can do, and give yourself a little love! And as always, fuel yourself!! Take time to just cook for yourself. Love that body of yours. You have the power to make it a great day! 😘

I've been trying to find a smoothie I like better than this one for about five years now, but I just can't seem to. This one always provides so much comfort; I think it's because maca + dates = caramel flavor.💚

Back at the gym today and it felt good! Warmed up with 15 min. on the treadmill, did about 40 min. of arms and then finished off with 20 min. HIIT on the treadmill. That's what I've been missing...going to be adding that back into the weekly routine. Happy Monday babes! Get it done. 💕

Preventing a case of the Mondays with this simple and filling breakfast🍳☕️


These next two weeks are going to be very busy and stressful, so I’m going to do my best to not turn to junk food to cope. That’s something I have always done in the past. I’m a binge eater and when I get a bag of Doritos and donuts in my hand, it is not pretty.


Update: I stopped carb cycling for now and am sticking to simply counting macros everyday. Because I have low blood sugar, I was having dizzy spells and getting headaches (which I do not get often). So I listened to my body and adjusted to what works for me. I am not a macro expert, so I’m still learning. If you have any advice on things you learned along the way, feel free to share! Let’s start the week off right! BBG 2.0 WEEK 21 here I come! ✨

Happy #MatchaMonday! 🍵A few weeks ago I cut out coffee, which, if you know me, is a pretty big deal. 😱I used to have giant coffee in the morning, followed by another cup (or two... or three...) in the afternoon. 😶I realized that my energy levels were all over the place and I was quite literally chasing a high, so I cut it out and switched to green tea! 😋Green tea and matcha have caffeine, but it's a softer energy boost and less of a crash (plus, its waaaay less acidic than coffee). ☕️ Who knows how long I'll do this, because I absolutely love the taste of coffee, but so far I'm feeling great! 🎉😊 📷:@matchabar .

This is a great reminder that the perfect images we see on social media aren’t real. Week 41 legs done and LISS done. I’ve done resistance workouts 5 days in a row, everything hurts so much 😅 Tomorrow I’ll take a break and do LISS and nothing else.
