FLUE FOOD 🤧🤒😷 Eating as much fruits and vegtables as possibly, avoiding processed food as i want to give as many vitamines to my body as possible to kick flue’s ass☠️. BBG week 3 will have to wait a week unfortunately! ________________________________________________

Hello tout le monde!
Alors aujourd'hui on a encore le droit à de belles averses orageuse ⛈, ça va être marrant (bien-sûr c'est ironique 😋)
Je ne sais pas pourquoi mais je sens que cette borne va être fatiguante, heureusement que j'ai entraînement 🏐 ce soir, avec un peu de repos en fin d'aprem je serais d'attaque 😁. 💪 Sinon hier j'ai fait une fiche de @litobox , si vous ne connaissez pas aller jeter un coup d'œil sur son site, ça veux le coup 👁‍🗨. Ce matin j'avais envie d'oeuf brouillé sucré 🍳, mais je n'avais plus de Muffins complet 😢.
➡ Pas de problème, j'ai pris un morceau d'un bonne baguette et me suis fait de belle tartine.
Histoire de bien commencer cette journée.

🇫🇷 Vous tenez vos bonnes résolutions so far ? Moi quasiment toutes sauf la bouffe 😱 Je suis un échec total 😂


Mais rappelez vous qu’où vous en êtes n’est pas qui vous êtes ! Ce n’est pas parce que vous êtes débutante en course à pied que vous êtes quelqu’un de nul en course à pied ! Pareil pour les maths. Vos difficultés ne vous définissent pas ! ☺️


Rien n’est insurmontable et je vous garantis que si vous croyez en vos capacités et que vous le voulez vraiment, vous allez réussir ! 💪🏼 Vous êtes dans ma team et pas de losers dans ma team 😂❤️


Du coup on commence la journée avec le plein de vitamines car c’est une nouvelle chance de commencer à manger sain! N’attendons pas le 1er Janvier 😂

@kaatiegal 👊 @kaatiegal -The best results are the slow results. Those 14 day fat blaster ads on magazine covers or these skinny teas out there do not give you these results. Don’t let them fool you....hard work always wins. No shortcut will get you what you want, or at least it won’t long term. I’m not going to lie and say trial and error hasn’t been a huge part of my journey, cause it has.
But what HAS been consistent about my journey is the very word CONSISTENCY itself. I wasn’t perfect everyday but each new day I woke up and decided I wasn’t giving up. I wasn’t going to give into my excuses anymore. 2015 was the year I changed my life. Yes, I was the one who changed it, because it doesn’t just magically change on its own as you sit around wishing for it. You deserve to live your best life, but YOU are responsible for creating the life you want to live. What are you waiting for?

B R U N C H 🥑 when travelling for work it is kinda hard to eat on the plane due to them not catering for people like me being allergic to wheat... but I am super glad I ended up at this cute cafe after our meeting today and ate this delicious big plate for brunch 😍 these scrambled eggs are the best I’ve eaten out at a cafe BUT they still don’t top my Tommy’s scrambled eggs he cooks for us on the weekend... they are NEXT LEVEL 👌🏽 our new kitchen is amazing & we just adore cooking together, it’s one of my favourite things to do with my boy 😍😍🏡 @page27cafe 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 we might even go back tomorrow for brekkie hey @nads70 🙌🏽 .

People who write down their goals are 42% more likely to reach them. I’m a total nerd so I like to write everything down 🙈 needless to say, this was one of my FAV Christmas presents 🎁 my sis got me this killer journal to use during this 12 week challenge. Soooo I figured I would share my 12 week goals for my own accountability.
1️⃣. Lose at least 50% of the weight I gained after my competition. I know the scale isn’t always an accurate gauge of progress, but it can be a good guide over a long period of time and depending what your goals are.
2️⃣ Read the entire Pentateuch. (First 5 books of the Bible) this may sound odd, but during these 12 weeks, I want to focus on mind, body, and spirit. 🙌🏽🙏🏼 3️⃣ Practice self-love. These means no negative self talk, filling my body with nutritious foods, and focusing on the positives

I completed #BBGbeginner weeks 1-4 🎉🎉
So yeah this girl had to tighten up that ponytail and take care of business. Today I started #BBG 1.0 Just finished Legs 🙌🏻🙌🏻 I don’t even know who I am working out so late?!! That’s never been me. But I’m embracing a new mindset. I made a commitment to myself and I’m not going to let myself down. 💖
I did my #dailymoves early but then my day got super crazy with work and other things. Super happy about not making excuses. Have a great night ✨

Saying peace out to this very Monday-feeling Tuesday✌🏻 Did 40 min of LISS on the treadmill after a very hectic day of work and now I’m very sweaty and very ready to go home :) my legs are super sore from yesterday so going to try to do some stretching tonight so that stairs aren’t such an issue tomorrow lol hope everyone is having a good day! .
