I used to do this during the weekdays when I had to get up at 5am to meet my trainer at the gym! (Im just trying to be on that level again 😩) However, I’m starting to incorporate this method now whenever I plan to do an a.m. workout. Time is precious and the less thinking & self motivation I have to do when changing into an outfit the better!

• You’ll be even more motivated to NOT skip the workout (because what a waste of cute leggings!)

A few of my favorite side leg variations on the jumpboard. Jumpboard is my go to when I need a little extra calorie burn, or if I missed a workout during the week, I’ll do an extra jumpboard session and feel so much better. The last few weeks my life has turned upside down, and I missed a lot of workout sessions to be at the hospital with my family. Sunday we laid my F.I.L. to rest, and as I continue to pick up the pieces of my life and my broken heart, I could not be more thankful to have Pilates in my life to help me move forward.

Saturday track workout and barre to end the week. Definitely seeing progress in my speed from these track workouts and from doing barre. I’ve only done 400 meter repeats once before, but it was 3 months ago at a much slower pace.

Weekly Workout Stats....Running 35 Miles, Barre: 3 Classes, Kickboxing: 1 Class.

The NFL is on this afternoon so I think I’ll watch those games haha.
