This is the second round of yesterdays savage training! Did the NO MERCY routine that killed me last week. It was now my turn to take it home! 12:59 was my time for it so give it a shot.! Training with warriors like @shaine_white is hard not to push yourself to the limit.!

NO MERCY ROUTINE:
5 muscle ups
10 sb dips
10 pull ups
20 push ups
X5
For time 😫 definitely not an easy routine but a good challenge to tackle 💪🏽
