This is what happens when you’re not consistent with your lifts. You lose speed and whatever else anyone can point out 😂😂 it was a good lifting session after a narley workout. 🏋🏽‍♀️
We are 6 years old today !
Birthdays our age are now getting all too frequent and less exciting. We are not ones for fuss and bother and would rather push them aside and consider it just another day. But today is the 6th Birthday of Force S&C and we are taking time to reflect and think about where we’ve come from and where we are going.
On the 24th October 2011 we opened the doors of a dusty old unit out to the unknown. Just the two of us working two jobs and 80 hour weeks. Now 6 years on we have a fantastic team of staff and a community of members who continue to breathe life into our facility.
The gym has changed, evolved and developed in this time but our philosophy and principles have remained the same. We set out to help people in our own way, and we continue to base everything we do around this mindset.
Over the past year we feel we have progressed more than any other and have kicked on to a new level. We have developed a fine team of trainers who continue to get better and improve our service with a hunger for self improvement. Our services have increased with 6:15am BST, added PT slots, new courses such as Storm, Strong and Rumble, Workshops and BST is now an award winning Class, after winning the South Wales Fitness award for Best Class. While it does seem like a million miles away from our first night of BST, when 2 people turned up to the 7:15pm session, that day still seems like yesterday.
While looking back is always great to measure progress, we don’t like to stand still for long. We feel we’ve only just begun on our journey and are nowhere near the finished article. Our desire to improve keeps pushing us to be better today than we were yesterday, so that you our members have the service and results you deserve.
As we look back we feel proud of how far we have come, but look forward and are excited by how far we have to go
