One year ago today I was told about this #bamfitapril challenge by @sylfabulous was hesitant but did it anyways... When this challenge started was at 131#s lost in this past year dropped another 60#'s total 191#s don't do much curls for girls but been toning I think I'm close enough to my goal that I can start packing some muscle on! Thanks Sylvia!

Day-31 show me the muscle!! Didn't take any new muscle pics to tired today!! I really kicked my own ass!! But these are from this month! And the scale and barbell are from today! Would have like to go deeper with the 235# but I got it of the bar in assisted, brought I down and back up 3 times before I asked for a little help from my homie Phil!! Would of like to do just one deep good one but I'll take it! For the month down 14#'s and I expect to be at around 270-269!?! So nice surprise!! No have to go into #evilgenius mode or June! Start of end of march I was stuck around 294 for months!! #bamfitapril jump started me! #thefitclub & #mayfitchallenge hve kept I going!! Let's see why June has in store for US!?! Cause you know I ain't going now where without y'all!!! #noexcuses !!

Day-12 treat your self! Well cookies and cerveza are my favorites!!! But accomplishing another goal on my May list is priceless!! Want to drop a pant size & I messed around and dropped two!! Went from a 46 on start of April to a 42 as of today!! So I guess I am gonna lay off the cookies and cerveza for this day!!gonna buy the dickies & treat myself that way!!#thefitclub #mayfitchallenge
sorry for re-posting my #ocd got the best of me 😔. Anyways, some of my followers have been asking for juicing recipes so here are some of my many favourites! my all time fave Juicing recipe is: 1 sour green apple, 2 oranges, 2 slices of pineapple, handful or grapes. Handful of strawberries, a lime an lemon and add coconut water to the finished product.. Amazing, refreshing, tropical goodness 😊🍃🍊🍓🍉
Oh the colors colors colors Went full on RAW today, so far best salad I've created ! Red &yellow peppers, lots of kale, green olives, black beans, Persian cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, avocado, Himalayan pink salt, fresh ground pepper, olive oil, and squeezed fresh lemon .. Ummm amazing goodness. 🍃
Lately me and @ghitae have been obsessing over salads/ veggies. Especially now that our juicer isn't here we have been trying to incorporate eating more veggies rather than the usual juicing. And we've been craving chipotle so we decided to Create our own version and I have to say, it was AMAZING! but I'm definitely ready to have my juicer back! 2 more days !!!
