Second loaf that I baked this weekend, same specs but I shaped a batard (or attempted to, it rounded out a bit from what I wanted it to look like). The oven spring of this one went a bit weird since I got a lot of rise in the middle of the loaf, and it started bursting at the smaller scores, rather than the long score down the loaf. It was amazing to bring this out of the oven because of how much it rose from the point when I put it in.
