Celebrating this one today 👆 on his Birthday with all his favourite things: Mini road trip down the coast, awesome brunch and chai (and homemade donuts!), beach walks, red velvet cupcakes and now for burgers and movies 👌💙

> Spiderman Pushups (Elevate feet for a challenge)
> Hollow Hold
> Side Lunge
> Left Side Plank (Add leg side raises while holding the side plank for an extra challenge)
> Wall Sit
> Right side Plank (Add leg side raises while holding the plank for an extra challenge)
