Here's another way to enjoy our special dipping sauce. Combine lettuce, sliced cucumbers and shredded carrots then add Mama Tiger as salad dressing. You may also add grilled shrimp, chicken or steak. Yum!

For this Asian inspired Chicken, Cabbage Salad (that hits all the right notes: crunchy, savory, somewhat sweet, salty, and tangy so good 🙌🏼)recipe you will need:
Salad:
-5 cups of shredded cabbage (I mixed 3 cups of White and 2 cups of Red)
-1 large carrot peeled and grated
-1/4 cup chopped green onion
-3 tbsp. sliced almonds (for garnish)
-the juice of 1/2 lime
-1/4-1/2 cup cilantro
-1-2 cups boneless and skinless chicken breast shredded or cut into strips
Dressing:
-1 tbsp. Thai chili sauce
-1 tsp. agave (or honey or natural maple syrup)
-1.5 tbsp. all natural peanut butter -2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
-Up to 1 tbsp. cold water
-juice of other half of lime
-2 tsp. seasoned rice wine vinegar -salt and pepper to taste
(even better if made in advance)

When combining the salad, I simply mixed all the ingredients and squeezed half the lime over it all. For the dressing, I combined all ingredients and add water to loosen.
Toss all ingredients together. Garnish with additional cilantro, green onion, and almonds (in my opinion, it's even better the second day, still crunchy). Makes 4 servings: each serving being only (drumroll please) 295 calories! That includes 1/4 cup of chicken per person!
