TODAYYYY I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO HIT UPPER BODY 🙌🏼🎉🚀💪🏼 Sooo happy to have finally hit something other than my legs and glutes!! I made sure to hit exercises that didn’t put a lot of strain on my front delt, that way I was about to still hit arms without causing more pain to my shoulder! 🙌🏼 Anddd lemme tell you, I am not meant to be someone who goes to the gym 2 - 3 times a week. I want to go as many days as possible. I love working out. I love being active. I love the endorphins you feel. I love the rush. I love the moments you don’t think you can pull the weight but then you surprise the hell out of yourself and hit it. I love having a place I can zone out and focus on me. Sooo anyways — today I hit biceps, triceps, anddd a little bit of calves after work! I miss the burn so much 😭 I am continuing to ice and heat my shoulder throughout the day to help the healing process, so hopefully here in the next week or two I can actually go through a shoulder lift 😍😍😍 I will be so happy when that day comes! 🙏🏼

What’s going on everybody. So I haven’t been the healthiest when it comes to eating and working out but I am jumping right back on it this week and started off strong with an amazing arm workout and this bad boy right here. It is a @megafitmeals Taco Bowl and holy cow it is amazing!!! Just enough spice and it tastes just like authentic Mexican food. Can’t wait to try my next meal and keep dropping these pounds off of me. Have a good rest of your week and get after it!

Turned 22 today🎈 I thank god for all the blessings. Just A young kid who was brought to this country at the age of 5 not understanding why my parents made such a big decision and decided to start all over. Growing up I wasn’t given the best example nor the best advice. We lived in a garage, we moved homes multiple times, we struggled as a family. Fast forward my life 17 years later and I’m standing here creating the best future for myself. I set an example for myself, I advice myself everyday on why I need to keep moving forward. This year has been the most painful year emotionally and physically. I ended up in the hospital multiple times, I went thru the most painful goodbye with the person I would have died for, I went thru multiple jobs to the point where I was making $200 every 15 days. All the pain, agony, and depression went away when I decided to make a change and stand back up on my feet! I’m blessed with a beautiful family, and 2 amazing jobs! Never will I let life slap my down to my knees again. Main focus is to stay focus🤜🏻🤛🏻🙇🏻

Upper body got some love tonight, but it was not the TLC kind! Straight bar bicep curls, no cheating just squeezing. Torso stayed straight and full range of motion was used with the bar touching my quads and a little tricep flex at the bottom to make sure the arm was fully extended. Three sets of 20 at moderate to low weight because I’m getting close to show time and there just aren’t that many carbs in my system.
