My cheat meal turned into a cheat weekend...but its okay. I got back into my routine today and had an awesome work out and did the most cardio in one session that I have done before. Not to punish myself but I literally lost track of time and stopped when I couldnt continue. Not up any in weight which is good so just gonna put this weekend behind me and keep moving forward!

Another killer Monday for the wheels. 505 flew up Friday, 515 did the same today. Getting the hang finally with front squats so huge plus for me. Mistress Suki was HUNGRY today so @ifbbproclassicphysique kept throwing wheel after wheel on the leverage machine. "The pain was most pleasant ma'am. May I have another??? 👿"

The name of the 'muscle building game' is the magic trio of; progression, time under tension & intensity. So if you can get hold of an arm blaster, as pictured, USE IT.
The curl movement is probably the most over used move in the gym, and it is also, arguably, the most butchered excersize of all. You don't have to look too far before you see someone swinging and breaking their back in the process of trying to curl more weight than Ronnie Coleman.
The arm blaster might hit your ego since you need to use lower weight, because it forces you to use strict form, but as sure as you breath it will get the job done.
No arm blaster? No problem, the preacher bench works just as fine with both barbells and dumbells. No preacher? No problem, use a bench. Remember that the genetic freaks grow almost in spite of what they are doing, not necessarily because of what they are doing.
A common mistake for the average joe is to see something that works for a 'genetic marvel' and think "oh that weird, 'piss poor form bull shit' works for him, so then it must work for me". That's thin ice, and zero gains is under it when it breaks.

So the rest of us need to use proper form and focus on quality, and a touch of intelligence to excersize selection and programming. 🙌🏼 ✅💯✅💯✅💯✅ Stay tuned! And remember, keep kicking ass & follow your dreams!

Highlight of my trip so far was definitely being able to talk in front of a crowd full of open minded people! Actually, there was one guy who was an ex bodybuilder who was giving me a bit of a hard time and challenging me with all the typical old school bro knowledge like needing 2g of protein per pound of body weight, combining plant based foods to make a complete amino acid profile...etc. It was a pretty long series of questions but by the end of my speech he came up and told me just how interested he was to begin his vegan journey!

I never want to be considered a “preachy vegan”. I want to put the information out there for the people who want to learn about it and try it for themselves! Normally, the only convincing it takes is for then to TRY it and then the results speak for themselves and they don’t need any further convincing. #tryvegan
