Changed it up and did dumbbell Bulgarian split squat on the sissy squat machine holding one Dumbbell. Gonna take the next 6-8 weeks light on training and eating, my body in general needs a break so just gonna try and maintain. Sometimes you gotta take a step back to take two steps forward 👊🏻

Really focusing on that squeeze and then the eccentric portion of the lift.
.
6 seconds positives, 6 seconds negatives wide grip for 8 reps, immediately followed by 3 second positives, 6 second negatives close grip for 8 reps, finishing with reverse grip curls 3 seconds positives, and 3 seconds negatives for 8 reps.

I call these the Ike Specials 😂 because my buddy Ike came up with this and he's only person I know who can do it one go. I usually die doing these and have to stop half way because of the extreme burn lol
