Sorry for the yell at the end 😂 but damn i really wanted this. 265lbs. 40-45lb pr from June’s meet. Could not be any more proud of my chicken legs haha. Doesn’t matter the numbers you put up, as long as it’s heavier then yesterday. But honestly i can’t take all the credit i have so many people behind me pumping me up, training me, giving me advice. Huge shout out to @shaymyster33 for the pep talk. Huge shout out to @leato_lifts32, @cody_allen525 for spots and camera work. Straight up wouldn’t be where i am today without them and that’s no exaggeration. Technique Tuesday! 🎉💪🏼
Today we have PT Matty demonstrating how to perform Crab walks with a resistance band.
This exercise is an excellent way to strengthen the glutes in a functional, weight bearing position (be sure to use an appropriately tensioned resistance band). 1) Keep your knees externally rotated works the glute maximus,
2) Begin to walk side ways (abduction) making sure the resistance band stays stretched throughout the exercises,
3) perform desired amount of steps each way
Ensure the movement is slow and controlled throughout.
This exercise should be used as warm up about twice a week. Aim to do about 8 steps each way about 5 times.

So back in January I started at the gym and back in march I took the pictures on the left same bra different shorts bc the ones from the March pic don't fit 👍🏻after an amazing(pretty tough) work out with my trainer this evening I took this bc this weekend I skipped the gym I ate crappy and normally when I do that I feel like I'm back at square one but not this time #onedayatatime #anytimefitness #letsgetskinny #imnotdoneyet #idkwhyilooksotan #bookmytrainer @jonathanekey
