so tomorrow my plan is no breakfast, no lunch, and carrots/celery for dinner... I definitely need to get back on track with my eating. I also need to drink way more water!! PS my mom is sick and won’t cover her mouth when she coughs but I’m kind of okay with being sick because then I won’t feel hungry for a week

Breakfast is 1 mango&strawberry tea ☕️ (which I stole from my inpatient unit a while ago 😂)because I'm lazy and can't be bothered to make any proper food right now. // it's finally the half term so no school for a week!!! ~0 calories
Still the same weight as 2 days ago 🤔. Hopefully I’m not going to plateau on this weight for too long. My scale also showed 49 kg/ 108 lbs but it’s a bit sketchy to me. Can I really lose 1 kg overnight? Not to mention I didn’t have my bm yet so it’s probably the uneven floor that’s giving me such mixed results
