It might sound weird, but I actually love breaking my workouts into 2 sessions per day. Morning Accelerators (HIIT sessions) done in isolation from my lifts really have made adding in cardio more manageable!

I see and hear a lot of complaints when it comes to cardio. And I for one would much rather skip cardio vs. weight training, but the results are undeniable! And....the best part is... ANYONE can do this. It's NO MORE THAN 30 minutes total per day. And, until recently, it wasn't even that long!
I will share these workouts with you for sure! They're pretty much a "no-brainer" !!! 😉

Would I rather be sleeping in? (...even just for a few minutes longer...)YESSS, of course! 😴⏰ My alarm clock goes off at 4:30 every morning just so I can make time for ME! And sleep IS a major component in the big picture... Buuuuutttt....it has to be balanced!! We're down to the last 2 weeks ✌️ in #afcc2 !!! And....we are seeing serious results AGAIN! 💪😍 But these results definitely aren't magically happening! 🚫🎩🐰💫! @chrishasley and I are balancing this challenge with kids and careers = not easy, BUT DOABLE! 😀

Anything is possible for those who WANT IT BAD ENOUGH! 💪

The hubs and I have 2 more weeks left of @oxygenmagazine America’s Fittest Couple Challenge with @realheidipowell and @realchrispowell. We don’t get to workout together all the time, due to our schedules, but we still hold each other accountable. My goal for this challenge is to gain my pre-pregnancy strength back, which I feel like I’m achieving! 🙌🏻 We’re giving it all we got because of course we want to WIN! Today was my Leg Day! 👊🏻

I can’t believe the progress that all the sudden started to show.
I’m way stronger now both physically and cardiovascular wise, my body is starting to show my hard work.

Two weeks out from completing #afcc2 😬 Love the progression and challenge this program provides. Accountability is key for me. I love competing with others who are accomplishing the things I hope to achieve someday. It keeps me motivated & inspired to continue! Happy Super Sunday everyone!!! I'm pretty excited that I'm getting stronger after a big set back💃💃💃 I love Sunday morning workouts since I'm not so pressed to get it done so that I can get "Team Napiers" Day started. My hubby took our oldest to train at the department's gym, it's their quality time.💪 Today we celebrated our last birthday for the year. Our youngest daughter turned 3 on Thursday, Cheyenne is in the green. She was the baby that we were told that we'd never have. Our pregnancy track record was very heartbreaking.💔 We miscarried our 1st baby then we were blessed with a son who's 11 now. Our second Hunter was stillborn at 35 weeks due to Trisomy 18. From there our next 3 pregnancies were miscarriages. During this time we opened our home to foster angels with hopes of adopting. We were told that it would be an extremely tough road since the goal is always reunification. Yes it is tough to fall in love with the children then have them go home. I fall in love the moment I lay my eyes on them. Some have stayed a few days, a few months, and over a year. We are so blessed to have adopted 4 kiddos -3 boys and a girl. The beauty in the purple outfit is Camilla, the girls are 54 days apart. They bonded while Camilla napped on my tummy during my visits to the NICU her first month of life then when she came home. She stole daddy's heart while Cheyenne and I stayed in the hospital after my C-Section. Our 6 kiddos are our "Whys" for taking control of our health and continually pushing ourselves. It's funny how I use to not want children. I've always loved kids but couldn't see myself as a mommy. Now I could never imagine life without them. Eddie only wanted one child, HAHAHA!!! Major short girl issue with the step up on the bench. I almost lost my balance a couple of times. To make matters worst I would start laughing at myself😂. I usually use a box for this exercise however I know that I need up my training levels after having such big setbacks over the past 7 months😔 I'm a #determinedmama to add muscle onto my small vertically challenged body. It seems so odd for me to refer to my body as small since I was a heavy kid. Everyone picked on me all of the time. My parents would say that was just how I was made, that it runs in the family, and that I'd always be this way. I knew that I didn't want to be heavy. At first I just stop eating one summer. Then with the threat of being hospitalized I eat very small portions. I found the gym in my early 20's after a nasty break up. I didn't really know what I was doing until a couple of guys took the time out their training to teach me. I also started reading #oxygenmagazine in 1997. When I grow up I want to be like an Oxygen Girl as well as continue competing💪👙. The gym helps keep me sane in the craziness of life.
