Ya quiero regresar 😭
Sin duda fueron unas vacaciones muy bonitas, donde aparte de descansar, me sirvió para pensar 😊

Este año estoy motivada, tengo un par de propósitos, el mas chafa jaja pero de verdad me gustaría es poder pararme de manos y aguantar unos 15 seg porque a duras penas puedo 4 seg

Breakfast - cuppa tea, banana and an apple 🍎🍌 Lunch - left over chicken and potato salad from dinner last night (couldn’t resist 😍😋) banana and a pear 🍐 🍌 with a cuppa!
Dinner was surprise surprise... Tom Kerridge’s pea and ham pasta! It was gorgeous! 🍝 (585 kcal)
The recipe asks for, Parma ham so I substituted it for normal cooked ham, creme fraiche - I substituted it for 0% fat yogurt, normal garden peas but I didn’t have any, so instead I used broad beans!
Although I basically changed the whole recipe, it was still amazing!! 20g of cheese on top to finish it off and some salt and pepper! When I am trying to lean out I will add high volume foods to all my meals. Meaning large quantities for low calories/carbs. For example, I added 2 cups of cauliflower to my normal eggs to up the volume and keep me full for a longer period of time. This allows me to create a small deficit in my intake, without ever having to feel hungry. #fitfood #ketodiet #lchf

Siempre habia sido una persona muy insegura 😣
Iba lo mas tapada a la playa porque no estaba conforme con mi cuerpo😑

Tengo un par de añitos que me siento agusto y aunque sé que hay cuerpos mas marcados, para mi es un cuerpo natural que me hace feliz 👧🌹 No hay truco 🚫 simplemente es ejercicio y buenos hábitos alimenticios, al inicio es complicado pero te puedo ayudar si gustas😘

Para ser sincera soy la peor, no me encanta hacer abdominales me parece un poco aburrido perooooo se tienen que trabajar 👍

Si quieres aumentar un poco la dificultad no coloques las piernas sobre la pelota , solo las puntas de tus pies 👟

Tu objetivo es mantener el equilobrio y no dejar que la pelota se vaya para otro lado jaja 😅

Siempre se entrena mejor cuando te gusta tu outfit😂

El dia que lo compré, me equivoque de talla y no lo pude usar hasta que lo cambie 😣

Cuando lo regresé, ya no habia tops de mi talla asi que me fui una mas arriba, no se ve mal pero a la proxima pongo atencion 😑😁
