Mal wieder keine Zeit aber Hunger? Ich habe mir letzte Woche diese leckeren Pilmeni gemacht😍 Gibt es in jedem gut Sortierten Rewe, real oder Kaufland 😃 Dazu noch etwas Brokkoli🥦 und die leckere Sauce von @callowfit (*Werbung weil Namensnennung / selber gekauft 😎). Fertig war ein Teil meines Abendessen und die Teilchen füllen das Kalorienkonto echt super!

Aber heute Abend bin ich wieder beim Team #avocado unterwegs😍 Schön mit einem Dinkelbrötchen, Eis und meine #Bowlofhappiness 😃

Good afternoon everyone! I'm sure when everyone goes out to eat then do not factor in how much different combination of chemicals they are consuming. "Realize when you eat out you are consuming many different chemicals in the sauces, breading, gravy, dips, etc. Try to eat whole foods, such as fish and vegetables, meat and salad. Skip the dessert, especially if you are eating meat, as together they affect hormones negatively." Do you guys have a game plan to stay focused when eating out? Actually what are somethings you do to help avoid certain foods? I'd love to hear about it. 👇👇👇

Personally I think the chicken thigh is delicious and really underrated. Breakdown below:

6 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast - 186 calories, 39g protein, 2.1g fat
1 chicken drumstick with skin - 140 calories, 17g protein, 7.2g fat
1 chicken thigh - 206 calories, 28g protein, 10g fat
1 egg - 78 calories, 6.3g protein, 5.3g fat

I know how easy it is to make all the wrong food choices when I don’t have my meals prepped and ready to go in advance but today I am making the best choices I can.

I’m making the best choices I can because I have made a commitment to myself to finish out this 80 day program strong. It hasn’t been a perfect journey but every day we can choose to be better than the day before and that is my focus for the next 47 days.
.
Today’s go-to option – a Jimmy John’s Turkey Tom “unwich” with mustard instead of mayo paired with some snap peas and an apple.

Meal prep for the rest of the week is going down tonight which makes me SO happy!
