What’s your favorite meal of the day? Although I can’t workout in the mornings very often anymore breakfast is still the most important meal to me! For the past 3 years I’ve been eating my moms homemade granola every morning, and for the past year I’ve been mixing it with melted peanut butter and honey 😋 my most recent addition is cinnamon and now it even SMELLS amazing! 😝 But my favorite part is that this meal is high in protein and supplies my body with all the nutrients it needs to get up and running for the day! 🤸🏼‍♀️#dontforgetbreakfast

Great post by @refinery29! This is why we always tell you to keep your lower spine on the floor and avoid holding your neck. A 30
second hollow body hold done correctly will strengthen your core so much more effectively than 100 crunches!
