105 kilos down to 80 kilos in 25 weeks utilising an extremely different dieting style from anything previous I had done.. The photo on the right was taken what was supposed to be just over 5 weeks out from Nationals before I ran into a huge issue which now requires me getting surgery and unfortunately having to pull out of the show.

Spent 3 days pretty damn depressed eating like an asshole but got my shit togther finally and pulled my head out of my ass.

Things happen.

The plan now is... actually get a little leaner... come down more.... probably to the mid 70s.. and start what will be a 2 year offseason.... get my surgery sorted... and come back for another crack for 2020.... As for the diet... Ive worked with quite a few really good coaches over the years.... Shelby starnes

For this diet I worked with Ken Skip Hill based all the way over in Colorado... We utilised EXTREMELY high carb low fat refeed days every Sunday... otherwise known as skiploading.... (branding is everything)

We would start off with a window of time to get those carbs in.... we started with 5 hours... and the most it grew to was 12 hours..
Id say an average though was 8 hours.
We would ultlise highly processed carbs.... things like kids cereal, breakfast bars, lollies, low fat ice cream, low fat cakes, pasta, pizza, etc... Carb totals were never counted... we ate based off of hunger... but I'd guess we were probably around 3000g carbs most loading days.

The refeeds were so effective at keeping my metabolism ramped.... we never made a diet or cardio change for the first 12 weeks... thats pretty rare.... Ill likely always diet in this fashion moving forward.

Very impressed by my little bro @aye.dot.d didn't think he was going to be able to be composed an dedicated. However he wasn't completely dedicated, had a few cheat days. But guess what, this program still gives you a small Window to have a extra meal or cheat day. 11 days in 12.6 lbs down.
