lil leg day for you peeps. I have been pushing my legs lately to the absolute max and I continue to do so because from something I once feared and hated, I now love. That is why in my training sessions you will see something with agility, mobility or leg training in just about every one. Legs and core are the two most important parts to train because of the functionality of the everyday for everyone. Hope you enjoy and crush this Thursday! (Vids will be coming soon enough to further explain my type of training with the correct intensity😆)

Sauna 5-10 min
Stretch dynamic, static
Foam roll (activate the muscles)
Jump rope (get loose)

Walking lunges 5 sets 8 each leg (heavy) this is one of my main leg exercises because it provides so much core strength and mobility and functional ability. I try to increase weight every single time I train. At about 145 right now for the 8 reps.

10 Kettle bell swings with 5 Goblet squat 3 sets (heavy)

Dumbbell split squat 5 sets 5 reps (heavy) love this exercise too that got introduced to me by @jkolowich .. destroys the legs. I go 70-75 dumbbells each hand then drop to 55-60 for the last set to max out. -
Glute bridge 5 sets 5 (last set till failure)

Jump rope
Eccentric push-ups (count to 5 on the way down)

Leg extensions 3 sets
10 Pull ups

Leg curl 3 set
10 Pull-ups

Leg raise variety with box jumps superset -
