I cannot express how sad this makes me. We’ve failed to protect and coexist with so many majestic creatures #stoppoaching #stoptrophyhunting #sadday #whiterhino #ripsudan #tragic

My heart dropped this morning while I was eating breakfast as I saw headlines of another school shooting. “Not another one...” I thought to myself as the report said 2 kids were injured.
Then I read that the ARMED RSO, Deputy Blaine Gaskill, was able to stop the shooter, running towards the threat and exchanging a few shots, before more kids were hurt.
It’s these kinds of people that we need at our schools in case something like this happens. It could have taken police 5-10 minutes before they arrived and found more casualties at the scene.
The fact that he was able to reach the shooter quickly and didn’t hesitate to do what needed to be done, is proof that we need people like this all over schools in America.
It is always tragic when things like this happen, both for the victims and for the kid with the gun, who later died at the hospital. Our thoughts are with the families..
Please share this story as I am sure the news will not give this story it’s justice.

Slavery in the Ottoman Empire was a legal and significant part of the Ottoman Empire's economy and society. The main sources of slaves were war captives and organized enslavement expeditions in North and East Africa, Eastern Europe, the Balkans and the Caucasus. It has been reported that the selling price of slaves fell after large military operations. In Constantinople (present-day Istanbul), the administrative and political center of the Empire, about a fifth of the population consisted of slaves in 1609. Sixteenth- and 17th-century customs statistics suggest that Istanbul's additional slave import from the Black Sea may have totaled around 2.5 million from 1450 to 1700.

Even after several measures to ban slavery in the late 19th century, the practice continued largely unabated into the early 20th century. As late as 1908, female slaves were still sold in the Ottoman Empire. Sexual slavery was a central part of the Ottoman slave system throughout the history of the institution. #Istanbul #Turkish #Ottoman #Negros #Slaves #SexAbuse #Abuse #Power #Tragic #Disgrace #Black #History #Bible #Judah #Israelites #Scattered #Israel #Jew #Change #Prophecy #Peace #Restoration #Justice #Balance #Love
