You guys! You HAVE to try this combo! It is OUT OF THIS WORLD... 🌍 .
I’ve got #glutenfree seeded toast by @geniusglutenfree topped with layers of smoked salmon with a generous amount of fresh lime squeezed over the top and lots of black pepper 🤤 .

I’ll be starting our 7-WEEK BODY RESET program with all our Body Reset ladies tomorrow (yes, I will benefit from our program just as much as they will!), so I’m sneaking in this #sunday #treat in the nick of time!! 😋
Ever since I was a little girl, smoked salmon has been my FAVOURITE and I still find it totally irresistible. I’m not one of those people who takes kindly to the one paper-thin piece on your plate when at stingy restaurants (as you can probably see by how I’ve layered this one up, and no, this could not wait until #toasttuesday 😂)
The lime is the game changer, giving an almost ceviche type, sub-LIME taste that will wake you right up! .

#repost @healthyfoodporn Two loaded toasts are necessary over here for #toasttuesday especially because I woke up RAVENOUS at 3am feeling like I hadn’t eaten in days 😫🙆🏼‍♀️ I was actually so hungry that I had to run downstairs and quickly eat a banana and peanut butter before going back to bed. It was so bizarre cause I typically sleep through the night, but ever since being in recovery, I have been pushing myself to listen to my body so it didn’t matter that it was 3am, I obviously needed to eat. And while I used to call giving into that hunger being weak, I now call that being strong as hell 💪🏻 Breakfast this morning was two toasts, one with peanut cashew butter and my homemade strawberry chia jam (recipe in feed) and loaded yogurt toast with grainless granola 😍 HAPPY TUESDAY! ♥️

I'm not usually one for sweet toasts, but when I got these gorgeous strawberries 🍓 in my CSA box from Be Wise Ranch, I knew I had to do something with them!! Also this was my first time trying @gtskombucha coconut yogurt (Aka cocoyo aka my new fave word) and it is delish! It is super tangy (I'm a big fan of tangy) and is kinda effervescent and bubbly from all the good ol fermentation going on (#yayprobiotics). I def recommend! The other goodies on this toasty are @bigtreefarmsbali raw cacao nibs and @manitobaharvest hemp hearts for a lil healthy fat action. Hope your Saturday is a great one so far! 🍓🍓🍓🍓

PALEO BREAD 🌟 My fave cbf-to-make-healthy-brekky breakfast. I make a couple of loaves at a time, chop it into slices and freeze. Sometimes I just feel like something “bready” but that will fill you up (this one is packed with protein to keep you full) and the lovely sweet taste and texture of this paleo bread really hits the spot👏🏼 it’s also dairy free - some paleo recipes still use butter. The recipe is an adaptation of a zucchini bread recipe from the fantastic @nourish_everyday (Monique has awesome GF & paleo bread recipes on her site!)... let me know if you want it! Happy Sunday 🌟

#SaturdayBrunch en Cafe Milou. Tostada de Aguacate con Hummus y Baby Arugula. Forks Up!🍴 Así es como se ve y sabe el #AvoToast de mis sueños. Café Milou es un cafecito francés precioso en La Condesa, donde absolutamente todo es una delicia. 🥑🥐
Okay so this nut + seed loaf turned out SO much better than expected 🙌🏼 If you watched my Story yesterday you’ll know that I was trying this bread from @mynewroots for the first time, and it definitely exceeded expectations 💕 it’s super dense, hearty and flavorful with roasted nuts + seeds, so I paired it with this homemade strawberry chia jam to balance out the flavors 🍓 •

To make the jam👇🏼:
1. Mash up 1 pound (454g) strawberries until mostly smooth, with a few chunks (you can also do this in a blender!) ✨
2. Add to a small saucepan with 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (optional) + 2 tsp lemon juice (to preserve!) 🍋
3. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, then add 2-4 tbsp chia seeds (depending on desired thickness) 💕
4. Continue to simmer for ~10-15 minutes until it has reached desired thickness. Store in the fridge and enjoy! ☺️

PS I took probably 1836372 photos until I started eating the bread and decided I liked this photo more 😂 does this happen to anyone else?! Food photography is weird 😅❤️

‼️‼️MAJOR life hack revealed at the end ‼️‼️ so apparently yesterday was #nationaltoastday 🍞 and I MISSED IT!! dwdw i did eat avocado toast 🥑🍞 yesterday bc duh i eat it every day BUT i missed a #key post. making up for it today with some amazing avo toast 🥑🍞 and an over-easy egg 🍳 WHICH they will for some dumb reason only make on the weekends (why???). and also WAIT FOR IT #lifehack THE AVOCADO IS ON CINNAMON RAISON TOAST DUNDUNDUN!!!!! major #key this was definitely life changing you NEED to try it 🥑🍞 10/10 would recommend, the raisins were sooo yummy with the avo and it was a perfect sweet//savory combination!!!

diving right into my saturday with a loaded piece of @silverhillsbakery super seed toast, smothered in @wild_friends original pb, gala apple chunks, coco shreds, chia seeds + sugar cookie pb drizz 👅 the perfect fuel for a run outside followed by copious studying 📚🙋🏼‍♀️
