👉🏽MUST TRY. I highly recommend adding interval training (HIIT) into your workout, especially at the end of your weight training session. I was introduced to this and it has changed me completely, especially my endurance. Read more below 👇🏽.

There are many benefits of HIIT. A few of the benefits are: burns more fat & calories in a shorter period of time, increases your metabolism and builds endurance ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This can be done on the treadmill, bike, elliptical, stairmaster - practically on any piece of cardio equipment. HIITs can be very challenging and you should work your way into it, so please start off slow!

The way I tackled this is in this clip is by doing 1 minute at level 20, which is running up the stairs, and 1 minute at level 3. I do 12 high intense intervals and 12 low intense intervals which comes out to a total of 24 intervals. I warm up for 2 minutes and cool down for 6 minutes, so I spend 30 minutes in total.

S T I R F R Y; This is my string hopper stirfry for Sunday brunch. Have you tried string hoppers before? It’s a popular Sri Lankan breakfast dish made with rice flour, pressed into noodle form with a purpose made mould and steamed. Ava, my 4 year old granddaughter loves it with a bit of grass fed butter. Anyway, I just needed something nutritious and protein rich for our pot workout brunch. I stir fried Julienned carrots, spring onion, red onion, green chilli, curry leaves and tossed in with scrambled turmeric eggs and string hoppers. It was deliciously satisfying.
