#tbt to a few weeks back in MX! This man worked all week with us building the church. Little did he know that at the end of the week after inviting many conversations- in the church service that he was doing his "job" at - he would say YES to Jesus for the 1st time. Unreal reminder that Gods for ALL and pursues ALL! #occupymexico #gototheendsoftheearth #stepinfaithwatchJesusmove
by @theglobalmovement ""Enrique Peña Nieto seeks an end to community media in Mexico along with the indigenous radio stations and also wants to create “quiet zones” which would force telecoms to cut any signal; telephone, internet and radio during demonstrations, rallies and during situations considered threatening to national security. This new law threatening net neutrality, the ability to have a universal and diverse network, since the proposal aims to give telecommunications service providers the ability to discriminate content and protocols in telecommunication networks. Can you imagine internet like pay per view? This is an attack on free speech. This law seems to be directed to what has been the main headache of President Peña Nieto since he began his regime. We launched this global call to help us spread around the world what is happening in Mexico. It’s not just about internet censorship. It’s not just about the growing power of prevailing abusive and companies in Mexico that are supporting Peña's grandson. The problem is those who have tried to hide the truth of what is happening in Mexico. We want to be free. We like the freedom we have imagined such a different Mexico without poverty, slavery, no disappearances, without corruption. Uncensored." #ContraElSilencioMX #mexico #pena #occupymexico #occupy #occupy99 #truth #blackout #internet #internetwars #freedom"

For those of you who may or may not know my sister, this is her @melissgarcia. There are truly and honestly no words to say how proud I am to have her as my older sister. To be the person who has helped me through out so much, but most of all has been one of the biggest cheerleaders in life in everything I set my mind to do. But tomorrow she is leaving to the great country of Mexico. For an entire yr. Too say that I will miss her is an complete understatement.😓 But at the same time I could not be more proud of her for stepping and doing something that she has always wanted to do! So here's to you 👏@melissgarcia you did it beautiful. You achieved that dream you've always wanted. So no matter how hard this yr will be without you, know that I am so proud of you and that I will for sure come and visit you. Te quiero y te voy a extrañare más de lo que te imaginas.❤️❤️❤️ #occupyallstreets #occupyMexico #youdidit #proudofyou #dontforgetaboutme
10/2/13 Clashes between people and police erupted in Mexico City during the 45th anniversary march of the Tlatelolco massacre, when government troops shot and killed student protesters on October 2, 1968. Soldiers blasted the main door of the National Preparatory School in San Ildefonso with a bazooka, killing some of the students in the building 43 years ago. Troops opened fire after taking over the university & kidnapping the movement's leaders. Eyewitnesses recount seeing dozens of bodies and prisoners being trucked away to military bases. But despite efforts by both the student leaders and the special prosecutor to compile the names of the dead, only about 40 have been documented.
