Today’s mission = burn the fat🔥
Using @bpi_sports CLA + L-Caratine to help fuel my fat burn for this HIIT training workout. I use this supplement to aid with metabolizing fat as my primary energy source and keeping my body anabolic.

Let's talk fat loss! I often get asked how I can transform in 12 weeks. My golden rule is to add more weight or reps each week to stay challenged. I eat clean, sleep well and do some cardio. I only use BPI products like my #ketogenic pre workout which uses fat for fuel and gives me energy when I do fasted cardio for fat loss. You can also change exercises but I keep in compound to be able to see progression and max results.
1.First I build muscle by eating more carbs and lifting heavy to build my bootie. I already have a strong core but I always do stabilisation first with all my clients which is muscle isolation to strengthen muscles that are weak and stay balanced then I can safely do deadlifts and squats injury free. For beginners you will do compound but beginner stages. For advanced I mix this with compound lifts. I do the hardest exercise first.
2. I do supersets for strength and endurance which creates tone and keeps muscle growing. It teaches my body to go longer. I also do drop sets and pyramids for more advanced bodybuilding.

3. Hypertrophy muscle gain time! Lower reps and heavy weight with longer rest.
4. Max strength and power adding in some plyos. This allows me to add more plates on my deadlift and squat to get more toned and strong internally.

5. Back to stability advanced with more weight on everything and shred with more cardio on a stair master or x trainer as per my pic!
