Finally, the butternut squash fries are done! They basically taste like sweet potato fries, but lower carb. Win! #weightwatchers #lowcarb #ilovefries

Having meals like this one I would’ve lost it afterwards with guilt and eaten more because I was down and depressed about scoffing down food that wasn’t on the plan
But after months of “clean” eating, having two to three big weekly cheat meals and still losing body fat, I am way less stressed about it eating like this
My diet before deciding to compete was average at best with alcohol as well which wasn’t the best combo to be living when you wondering why the training isn’t working? It’s the food you eat dummy (I would say to myself)
By having less junk food meals per day, per week, per month you will see results because you replace your junk food for different foods like veggies etc
These days I follow my daily macros (which are below my maintenance calories) and have days where I go over them but guilt free. Took a while to be in this way of thinking and having the confidence to be like “Nah I’m fine”... I’ll eat a bit less tomorrow, train harder, or just start fresh the next day
I usually just start fresh the next day instead of five waiting till Monday to come around to start all over again
With NO fat burners, NO cleansing systems, shake diets, or gimmicks, the basics are always tried and true
Working hard to achieve your goal weight or body fat % works well but also working harder at working smarter is much better 🤓
Knowledge is power and seeking the right information will serve you and your journey towards your personal and professional goals 😉
BLAH BLAH BLAH!! Going off on a tangent 😂... I really loved this meal and will be back again next week
Venison Beef 🍔 + Dirty 🍟 = Happy Boy 😌

If a Cheeto married a French Fry, this would be their love child! @jollibee has a new option of their beloved fries. The Four Cheese fries are French fries tossed with a blend of 4 kinds of cheese, and served piping hot. The cheesy powder gives you a kick of savory/potatoey goodness with every bite. The other flavor is Sour Cream and Onion, but they were out of that 😕 These fries were surprisingly good and goes well with their famous fried chicken. Seriously, my Cheeto-loving, French fries dreams have come true! Remember this formula for a different yet delicious variation of fries: 😄🐝+🧀 + 🍟 = ❤️ #jollibee #jollibeeskokie #jollibeechicago #jollibeefries #jollibeechickenjoy #cheesefries #4cheesefries #jollibeecheesefries #cheetosfries #fastfoodfries #🍟 #🧀🍟 #frenchfries #twoworldscollide #ilovecheetos #ilovefries #friesbeforeguys #fastfoodlovechild

Real Talk...I eat FRIES! 😱 Yep...I do. This was my dinner tonight... homemade turkey burger, broccoli slaw, and a mix of sweet potato and regular 🍟(because we had some of each leftover...normally we make our own sweet potato fries...but hey, LIFE). Am I on a "diet"? NO! I eat what I want, but now I'm focused on my goals and don't overdue the processed carbs and sugars. I know what foods makes me feel good (energetic, focused, strong) and what makes me feel awful (aka bloated, fluffy, sluggish, tired). I'm not going to NEVER have another piece of 🍰 or 🍫 or 🍩 or 🍟. Now I just don't eat those things EVERY DAY. If I told myself I would NEVER have those things again, I'd end up binging on ALL THE THINGS! It's not realistic and it's not how I want to live my life. But 80-90% of the time I'm putting heathy, clean foods in my body and THAT'S okay with me!
